Re Food Srl was born two years ago to meet a specific market demand: the production of salty snacks specifically formulated for who, by necessity or choice, follow a gluten-free diet. Aware of its know-how acquired during the 25 years of Puglia Sapori Srl, from which Re Food was born, the company has created three types of products, inspired by the Apulian tradition, made in a specific laboratory and in compliance with the current laws with the aim of combining taste, quality and innovation within the gluten free sector, taking advantage of the collaboration of the Facoltà di Agraria of the University of Bari for the elaboration of the best blend of raw materials that today make up its products. For the private label production, Re Food has established strong partnerships with companies operating in the industry, working closely with them to produce recipes that meet their needs, always selecting high quality raw materials and controlled origin.
